By the present Petition, the Petitioner challenges his suspension order dated 25.10.2024 passed by Respondent No.3 as well as Memorandum of Charge issued on 05.12.2024.

Learned Advocate for the Respondents submits that the suspension of the Petitioner is already revoked. In this view of the matter, the challenge to the suspension is rendered infructuous. 3.

Insofar as the prayer of the Petitioner challenging the Memorandum of Charge is concerned, the Petitioner can reply the same and raise all his contentions in the said reply. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the said challenge.
