The petitioners are before us being aggrieved by the fact that the family pension proposal in respect of deceased wife of the petitioner no. 1 having been forwarded by the management to respondent no. 6-Education Officer (Secondary) on 18.04.2023, he has not processed it further. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no. 6 to undertake the process and take appropriate consequential steps on the proposal (Exh.
