By these petitions, the Petitioners seek directions against Respondent No.3 to decide the Land Acquisition Reference proceedings under section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act,

Learned AGP, who waives notice for Respondents No.1 to 3, upon instructions from Respondent No.3 makes a statement that, the proceedings are complete and the decision would be given within a period of one month from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking.

We dispose of the Writ Petitions by directing Respondent No.3 to decide the said References / Applications under section 28-A of the said Act, within a period of one month from today.
