In spite of there being an order in the petitioner's favour, whereby this Court in the earlier round, in Writ Petition No. 1199/2024 by order dated 30.01.2024, had directed his application for regularization of encroachment to be considered and decided within 90 days, he approaches this Court again with same relief. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to resort to appropriate remedy as is available to him in law. There cannot be repetitive order in respect of the same subject matter.
