The present petition has been filed for directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to implement the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act and also to hand over the possession of the secured asset to the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a written representation dated 27.11.2025 to the District Collector, Ahilyanagar, and has also approached the Tahsildar, Ahilyanagar, requesting him to implement the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. It is submitted that, till date, in spite of issuance of several notices, the actual action of taking possession and handing over the same to the petitioner has not been completed

Learned AGP appearing for the State submits that, within a period of eight (8) weeks from today, the procedure of taking possession, as directed by the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, will be completed by the Tahsilda 4.

We record the statement of the learned AGP as an undertaking and direct the Tahsildar to complete the procedure, hand over the secured asset to the petitioner, and implement the order passed by the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act within a period of eight (8) weeks from today 5.
