During the course of the argument, it transpires that the Petitioner had sought to amend the Original Application before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

However, the Original Application placed on record does not include the amended prayers though the amended grounds as per paragraph 6.19 can be seen. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks time to verify the record of the Tribunal and place on record the amended Original Application. Leave granted.
