The petitioner - institution is aggrieved by the omission of the authorities in processing its request for starting 5th, 6th & 7th division of 11th standard, in spite of long perception, and the matter is resting with respondent No. 2 - Director of Education, in spite of positive recommendations of respondent Nos. 3 and 4. 2.

The Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's latest request, being the communication dated 07.10.2024 and all other similar communications, and take urgent steps in accordance with law and the policy under intimation to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four (04) weeks.
