At the outset, Mr. Sanjeev Gorwadkar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that when the Writ Petitions were filed, the order passed in Revision Applications was not available. He states that the Division Bench of the Small Causes Court, Mumbai has held that the Revision Applications are not maintainable and after recording the same even the merits of the impugned orders in said Revisions have also been considered. In any case he tenders Draft Amendment. Accordingly, leave to amend the Writ Petition in terms of the Draft Amendment is allowed. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. Amended copy to be served on the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents. Vaibhav Page No. 1
