2) Reserving the liberty for the Petitioner to file complaint under Section 79 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, before the Grievances Committee, the Petition is disposed of. 3) Considering the fact that Petitioner is due for retirement in August-2025 the Grievances Committee is requested to decide the complaint of the Petitioner in an expeditious manner.
