We have heard the petitioner in person. He is coming with only prayer prohibiting respondent No.1, who seems to be a City Survey Officer, made the respondent by name, from causing any change in the record of the petitioner's societies properties. 2.

Even though this is the only prayer, the petitioner would demonstrate us as to how he has not been issued with any document in spite of repeated applications and submits that for want of such copies, he cannot approach superior officer even when the information is being solicited by resorting to the provision of Right to Information Act.

Granting liberty to the petitioner to resort to the
