Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that she has taken instructions from the petitioner who informed her that he has not availed the remedy of appeal provided under the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964 and therefore, she prays for the withdrawal of the petition with liberty to avail the said remedy.
