Present petition takes exception to order dated 18.07.2025 passed below Exhibit-13 in Regular Darkhast No.49 of 2019 by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Sangamner, by which warrant of possession has been issued in pursuance to decree passed in R.C.S. No.623 of 2012 by learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Sangamner.

Mr. Dixit, learned advocate appearing for petitioners informs that petitioners have already filed appeal against decree of which execution is persuaded by respondent. He states that appeal along with application for stay is posted before learned District Judge, Sangamner on 25.03.2026 i.e. day after tomorrow. 3.

In that view of matter, writ petition stands disposed of with liberty in favour of petitioners to prosecute their remedy before Appellate Court.
