Heard Mr. Koregave, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.

Order impugned in the present Petition is dated 08.09.2017 which was an identical order passed in 7 similarly placed cases passed by the Industrial Court.

This Court had an opportunity to deal with 4 such similar Petitions and by virtue of judgment and order dated 23.09.2022, the said 4 Petitions were disposed of by this Court by setting aside the order dated 08.09.2017 and directing the Revisional Court to hear the Revision Applications on their own merits and in accordance with law. Petitioner's Revision (ULP) Application number is 108 of 2016. In view of the judgment dated 23.09.2022 passed by this Court, present Petition also deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

In view of the above, issue notice to the Respondent made returnable on 07.07.2025. Humdast permitted. In addition to Court's notice, Petitioner is directed to serve copy of the Petition along with copy of this order on the Respondent and inform about the next date of hearing by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate affidavit of service with tangible proof thereof on or before the next date.

Learned AGP appearing in the matter shall take appropriate instructions from the Respondent's office and accordingly apprise the Court on the next adjourned date.
