CORAM:
MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J.
DATED:
22ND SEPTEMBER 2025.
PC:- 1.
The Petitioner, being aggrieved by the order dated 16.03.2024, passed by the Family Court, Nashik, in PA No.42 of 2020, has approached this Court. As per the order, since the affidavit of assets and liabilities was not filed, it was held that, if such affidavit is not filed, an adverse inference will be drawn against the Petitioner.
2.
Today, the learned Advocate for the Respondent submits that, the Respondent has already filed the said affidavit in compliance of the said order. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present Writ Petition, considering the impugned order dated 16.03.2024, has already been complied with. 22nd September 2025 Kartikeya

After disposal of the Writ Petition, the learned Advocate for the Respondent makes a request that, the Family Court may be directed to dispose of the pending proceedings as early as possible. However, since this Court is not aware about the number of proceedings pending before the Family Court, it will not be appropriate to issue such directions. In spite of that, parties shall co-operate for early disposal of PA No.42 of 2020. 4.
With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. (MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J.) { 22nd September 2025 Kartikeya
