Heard learned Advocate for petitioner. Petitioner challenges the communication dated 04.11.2025 issued by Dean, Dr. Vaishampayan Memorial Government Medical College and Shri. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj General Hospital, Solapur. We are of the opinion that cause of action arose in Solapur and, therefore, the petition ought to have been filed before the Circuit Bench at Kolhapur.
