We have perused the impugned order dated 2nd March, 2024 passed by Dr. Bhausaheb Karekar, Education Officer (Secondary), Pune Zilla Parishad, Pune. The order reads as under : उपरोक्त संदर्भि य विषयानुसार आपणास कळविणेत येते की, आपल्या संस्थेतील श्री. रविनल आर गायकाड, यांना संद $ क्रमांक २ अन्ये शि+क्षणसेक पदी मान्यता विमळणेबाबतचा प्रस्ता या काया$लयास प्राप्त झालेला होता. संद $ क्रमांक ३ अन्ये सदर प्रस्ताास संद $ क्रमांक १ च्या +ासन विनण$य विदनांक. १०.०६.२०२२ अन्ये काय$ाही केलेली नसल्याने सदरचा प्रस्ता अमान्य करण्यात येत आहे.

We can not approve the nature of the impugned order. An order of rejection has to be well reasoned. We have perused the Government Resolution dated 10th June, 2022 which has a long list of conditions to be complied with. The impugned order does not Gauri Gaekwad

10.WP-1212-2025.odt indicate which condition has not been complied with by the Management.

In view of the above, this Petition is allowed. The impugned order is quashed and set aside.

We direct the said Education Officer to pass a reasoned order. In the event the Education Officer desires to point out any deficiency to the Management, a communication to that effect shall be addressed to the Management within 21 days from today. The Management shall endeavour to remove the said deficiencies within 21 days thereafter. After submission of the revised proposal, the Education Officer shall pass a reasoned order within 30 days thereafter.

Needless to state, we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the proposal.
