Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that as the approval is now granted, the Petitioner would prefer an appeal before the Respondent No. 4 in the light of the G.R. dated 27.3.2024, on a limited issue of the Education Officer suo moto altering the date of appointment.

In view of the above and considering the earlier orders passed by this Court on 10.2.2025 in Writ Petition No. 1776 of 2025 Talwalkar

25.WP1216.2025.odt (Shaheen Wilson Fernandes v/s. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.) and the order dated 26.3.2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 19171 of 2024 (Smt. Shradha Caesar Assao v/s. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.), Respondent No. 4 shall deal with the limited aspect of the scope of the authority of Respondent No. 5 in altering the date of appointment of the Petitioner. Let the appeal be filed within 21 days from today and a reasoned order be passed within 30 days from the date of filing of the appeal by following due procedure laid down in law. 4.

Hence, this Petition is disposed off.

If the order is adverse to the Petitioner, needless to state, the Petitioner can avail of a remedy as is permissible in law. 6.

In the event, the order is in favour of the Petitioner, further steps as are warranted in law and the procedure for grant of Shalarth ID, shall be initiated.
