We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Given the fact that the respondent nos.4 to 7 have approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal raising a challenge to the steps taken by petitioner for enforcement of its security interest, it is not necessary to entertain the writ petition. Needless to observe that it would be open for the petitioner to move the respondent no.3 Tahsildar for seeking enforcement and implementation of the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and 1/2
