The petitioner is seeking directions to the RespondentScrutiny Committee constituted under the Maharashtra No.XXIII of 2001, for early decision of enquiry into the application filed by him under Rule 19 questioning validity certificates of couple of candidates, who have been selected and being the first candidate on the wait list is demonstrating the urgency.

The Petition is disposed of with the directions to the committee to decide the Petitioner's complaint as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law, but in any case within four months.
