The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners desire to be a part of the entire group of identically placed employees in Writ Petition No.1294 of 2018 and connected matters (Smt. Jayashree Shivaji Jakate and Ors. v/s. The State of Maharashtra and Ors.), considering the judgment of this Court dated 4th December, 2025. It is prayed that this Petition may be disposed off by permitting the Petitioners to be a part of the entire exercise as directed by this Court vide the final order dated 4th December, 2025. We permit the Petitioners to appear before the Single Member Committee in the light of the order dated 4th December, 2025 in Smt.
