The petitioner is again approaching this Court being aggrieved by the fact that inspite of the directions of this Court dated 25.09.2023 in Writ Petition No.11800 of 2023, the District Collector, Parbhani has not decided anything either way in respect of the representation addressed by him.

Writ petition is disposed of leaving the Petitioner to the appropriate remedy as is available in law.
