In this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the notice of possession dated 5th December, 2024 issued by the Tehsildar, Daund, District-Pune. 2.

After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him in law.
