By this Writ Petition the petitioner is seeking expeditious decision of his Tribe Claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe which is pending with Respondent No.2/Scheduled Committee since 21.05.2025.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is desirous of appearing for the NEET Examination of 2026 and needs Validity Certificate by the end of June 2026. 4.

Considering the above, we direct Respondent No.2/Scheduled Committee to decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of June 2026. 5.
