By way of impugned order, the learned Trial Judge i.e. Civil Judge Senior Division, Shrirampur rejected an application filed by the petitioner - original defendant to take on record written statement. The learned Trial Court refused to accept the written statement as it was filed after delay of nine months.

Considering the above, issue notice to respondent, returnable on 27.03.2025.

In the meantime, there shall be ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause (D).
