The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that in the intervening period the Court commission has been executed. ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL 3.

Since the Court Commission has been executed pursuant to the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.01.31 11:34:33 +0530 Order dated 15th July 2024, at this stage, there is no propriety in entertaining this Petition.

However, the Petitioner shall have the liberty to raise objections to the report of the Commissioner and, in the event the decree is passed against the Petitioners, the Petitioners shall have the liberty to challenge 1/2
