The Petitioner is identically placed and has raised an issue that he has not been accommodated as per his choice in the Annual Transfer Process, which is questioned in this Petition. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the next Annual Transfer Process would commence sometime in February or March, 2025 and the Petitioner desires to participate in the said Annual Transfer Process and this Petition may be disposed off.
