The Petitioner is a 23 years old student. The claim of the Petitioner of belonging to the 'Mulani' OBC category, has been invalidated by the Committee vide the impugned order dated 10th December, 2024. He is the first person to seek a validity certificate and none of his paternal relatives have received any validity certificates.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 5th March, 2025. The learned 'B' Panel Counsel waives service of notice on behalf of Respondents/State.

Let the learned 'B' Panel Counsel be ready with the record and proceedings to address the Court on the returnable date, since this matter is likely to be heard finally at admission stage, keeping in view that the Petitioner is a student. 4.
