The petitioner possesses a caste certificate but in incorrect format. He has submitted the online application on 06/12/2024 for issuance of a fresh certificate in From 'C'.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Officer, Dharashiv, within a period of one week, tender the original caste certificate which is in incorrect format, and respondent No.2 shall issue him a certificate in Form 'C' within a period of seven days thereafter, without undertaking any enquiry regarding his entitlement and simply by examining its genuineness.
