The present petitioner has been filed for direction to respondents No.3 to 7 to remove the encroachment over the government land by respondents No.11 to 26 situated in Land Gut No.191 and 192 at village Kinni Kadu, Taluka Ahmedpur, Dist. Latur. 3.

The petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs..5,00,000/- to show his bona fides within a period of one month from today. Upon deposit of the amount, list the matter for further consideration on 16.03.2025. 4.

In case of failure on the part of the petitioner to deposit the said amount, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to the Court.
