Mr. Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner states that out of the total IGST refund of Rs.6,78,57,305/- due and payable to the petitioner, the respondents, after institution of this petition, have refunded Rs.6,02,45,795/- to the petitioner. He states that balance of approximately Rs.76 lakhs is still not refunded.

Ms. Thakkar, learned counsel for the respondents seeks time to obtain instructions regarding this balance amount. She is requested to also obtain instructions on the aspect of interest which petitioner claims.
