The order impugned in the instant petition replaces the adhoc committee by the another ad-hoc committee. 2.

According to the petitioners, the only ground raised by them is lack of principle of natural justice.

Considering the facts of the case, the committee consists of petitioners, is not elected the committee members, and they have not given an opportunity of hearing. Hence, the ad-hoc committee of the cooperative society cannot be elected members of the committee.

Hence, the election authority shall commence the election process of respondent No.5 - society within 3 weeks from today.

The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.
