The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the order dated 11th January 2019, the Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division allowed the Revision Application preferred by the petitioner as well as his predecessors-in-title. By the said order, Mutation Entry No.975 has been restored. It is urged that though this order has not been subjected to any further challenge, it is not being implemented. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 26th February 2025. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for the respondents. Necessary instructions in this regard be obtained. 3.
