Prima facie, I am satisfied that the show-cause notice dated 3rd April 2024 is no more than show-cause notice. The recitals thereto are only the facts which the issuing authority has put forth before the persons to whom show-cause notice was issued. The show-cause notice is neither a decision nor an order under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

Hence, there shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause (B). The interim relief shall operate during the pendency of the writ petition.
