The Appeal filed by the Petitioner before the AGRC is pending. In the meantime, the Petitioner apprehends demolition action. In our opinion, appropriate steps for hearing the Appeal along with the Interim Application shall be taken up at the earliest. Until the Petitioner's proceedings are taken up for hearing and interim orders are passed, no coercive action shall be taken in respect of the Petitioner's structure. All contentions of the Petitioner in the pending proceedings are expressly kept open.
