Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 on instructions states that they would have no objection if the Petitioner carries out pest control in the writ structure mentioned in the Application, provided that 48 hours prior intimation is given to the Respondent No.2 and the pest control is carried out under the supervision of Respondent No.2 or his representative.

It is made clear that without the presence of a representative of Respondent No.2, no pest control or any work shall be carried out by the Petitioner in the writ structure.

It is further clarified that the Petitioner will not claim any equities for being permitted to carry out pest control in the writ structure. This permission is granted without prejudice to the rights and contentions of all parties in the matter.
