By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking expeditious decision of his tribe claim of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe which is pending before the Scrutiny Committee since 28.02.2025.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of appearing for the NEET examination 2026 and needs the validity by the end of June 2026, we direct the respondent/Tribe Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of May 2026.
