We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. 2.

Apparently, without making any application in light of the Section 149 of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, which contemplates the application to be furnished to the Talathi concerned and even without having any acknowledgment from him as contemplated under Section 150, the petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus for directing the application to be decided (Exh. B) which was apparently submitted in the office of the Tahsildar Aurangabad on 29.11.2022. 3.
