Issue notice for final disposal to respondent Nos.3 and 4, returnable on 1 April 2025.

Prima facie, it is pointed out that the change report in question is for the period i.e., from 1984 to 1989. However, respondent Nos.3 and 4 have allegedly become trustees. 3.

Moreover, there is no allegation of forgery or fraud nor there is any allegation in respect of taking major policy decision of purchase or sale the property during the period from 1984 to 1989.

Hence, until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
