The petitioner's proposal has been pending for validation of the tribe certificate since the year 2017.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the committee would decide his proposal within six months.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the committee to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six months.

5.

The petitioner's employment shall stand protected for a period of six months.
