We have heard the petitioner no. 2 in person. She has been permitted by the committee constituted under the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules regarding parties in person. She seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.

As it is, there is no authority in petitioner no. 2 to argue on behalf of petitioner no. 1. However, she being the daughter of petitioner no. 1, on her request we grant her leave to withdraw the writ petition keeping open all the avenues to the petitioners to resort to the appropriate remedies in the matter of the grievance being raised, except alleged fraud on the Court in obtaining the orders dated 03.02.2020 in Writ Petition No. 7717/2019, order dated 19.01.2021 in Writ Petition No. 1010/2021 and order dated 14.12.2021 in Contempt Petition No. 467/2021 in Writ Petition No. 1010/2021.
