The learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to amend the petition in light of the supervening events, wherein the selfsame Education Officer (Secondary) has passed another order on 10.03.2025, by addition of some grounds for refusal to grant approval to the petitioner's appointment. He submits that this would constitute an aggravated form of contempt, over and above what was mentioned in the order dated 30.03.2025.
