The Tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe is stated to have been pending before respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee since 5.2.2017.

Considering the fact that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending before the scrutiny committee for last nine years, we direct the respondent No.2/Scrutiny committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months from today.
