The petitioner is seeking a tribe certificate of 'Koli Mahadev'. He submitted an application online on 06.07.2022 and still he is awaiting the tribe certificate.

We dispose of the Writ Petition directing the petitioner to appear before respondent No.2 on 03.02.2025 and respondent No.2 shall thereafter decide his application as expeditiously as possible and in any case within two weeks from that day.
