Learned Advocate for petitioner submits that in view of the Judgment passed by this Court in Motilal Oswal Home Finance Limited vs. The State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No.11544 of 2025 decided on 26.11.2025 the petitioner had approached the Tahsildar with a requisite application. In light of aforesaid statement as on date there is nothing to challenge in the petition. We dispose of the petition with liberty that in case the order passed by Tahsildar on his application is adverse to petitioner, then petitioner can challenge the same by way of fresh writ

915_WP_1418_2026 petition.

All the directions given in the decision in Motilal (supra) will apply to present application of petitioner and Tahsildar to abide by said directions.
