Mr. Kalekar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions of the Petitioner, states that the Petitioner will pay an amount of Rs.25,000/- towards cost which will be incurred by the Petitioner in this Petition. The said cost of Rs.25,000/- be deposited in the account of the Respondent on or before 27th February 2025. He states that as far as maintenance is concerned, the entire payment is made upto February 2025. He further states that cost of Rs.1,00,000/- directed to be paid by the impugned order will be paid on or before 26th March 2025.
