Mr. Kalekar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that pursuant to Order dated 12th February 2025 passed by this Court, out of Rs.1,00,000/- to be deposited before this Court on or before 26th March 2025, Rs.30,000/- has been deposited in the bank account of the Respondent. He further states that balance amount of Rs.70,000/- will be deposited on or before 19th April 2025. 2.

The Office note shows that the service report is awaited 3.

Issue fresh notice to the Respondent returnable 23rd April 2025. In addition to the Court notice, the Petitioner to serve the Dusane

It is made clear that if the said amount of Rs70,000/- is not deposited in this Court on or before 19th April 2025, then the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
