In this writ petition, the petitioner, inter alia, has assailed the validity of the e-tender notice dated 11th March 2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the aforesaid e-tender notice has been withdrawn by the Trymbak Municipal Council.

The aforesaid submission is placed on record. 4.

In view of the fact that the e-tender notice dated 11th March 2024 has been withdrawn, the issue with regard to the validity of the said e-tender notice does not survive for consideration.
