DATE : 30th January, 2025 Per Court :- The petitioner is before us being aggrieved by the fact that her tribe claim has been apparently dismissed in default, in all probability because the Committee took it as an offence as she had to approach this Court and solicit a direction for early decision of her proposal.

Be that as it may, the Writ Petition is allowed partly. The impugned order is quashed and set aside. The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on Monday (03.02.2025) and it shall thereafter decide the proposal on its own merits and
