The School Tribunal has directed the Education Officer to stay of salary of the Headmistress for non-compliance of order of reinstatement of payment of backwages against the management. 2.

Prima facie, the salary of Headmistress cannot be stayed for non-compliance of the order. Hence, until further order, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c). 3.
