Present petition impugns the order dated 03.11.2025 passed by respondent No.2 and also seeks directions to the respondents to conduct the recruitment process of respondent No.3 Society strictly in accordance with the Government Resolution dated 31.10.2025 through IBPS, TCSiON or MKCL. 2.

At the outset, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the recruitment process of respondent No.3 Society is already completed and the candidates have been selected and appointed. [1]

Learned Senior Counsel Mr. V. D. Hon instructed by learned Advocate Mr. A. V. Hon for respondent No.3 submits that the recruitment process has already been challenged by few aggrieved members before the Cooperative Court by filing disputes under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

In light of above submissions, we have asked the learned Advocate for the petitioner to take instructions whether the petitioner will also prefer to go before the Cooperative Court and file disputes. The learned Advocate for the petitioner, upon instructions, informs that the petitioner is ready and willing to approach the Cooperative Court and file necessary disputes.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Cooperative Court by way of appropriate proceedings.
